EPCAR Virtual Auction

Every year EPCAR gives out four, $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors in Polk County.

Note: 1 Scholarship is available for immediate family members of EPCAR REALTORS®. The general scholarships are available for the community and immediate family of EPCAR Business Partners. Immediate family of EPCAR staff are ineligible.

East Polk County Association of REALTORS®, also known as EPCAR, is a REALTOR® association founded on January 13th, 1925. A trade association 501C6, EPCAR, was organized for the purposes of meeting the needs of its REALTOR® members and those businesses interested in furthering the real estate industry. Since its inception in 1925, EPCAR has grown from a small to medium sized association and its membership has spanned generations.

Our mission: To promote the ethical behavior of our members, to protect private property rights in the community and the state, and provide quality education, programs, products and services that help our members enhance their business success.

Our vision: EPCAR and its members are to be “the source” for ethical and professional real estate services for the community and the county they serve.
