The Dare to Dream program was founded in 1999 by founder JoEllen McNeal. The purpose of the grant is to provide women living in Warren County, 18 years and older, opportunities to move forward with their lives whether it be to continue their education, start or expand their business, buy a computer or provide a specific service to the community, etc.

About The Front Royal Women’s Resource Center
The Front Royal Women’s Resource Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1996 to provide a support network for women in Warren County. Through monthly networking meetings, yearly grant presentations, special events, email connections and program activities, we have forged a link between women in our community.
We have been funding dreams since 1999 and have given over $142,000 to local women in support of their dreams.

The annual Dare-to-Dream Breakfast will be held on Thursday morning, March 28, at the Shenandoah Valley Golf Club. This event represents the pinnacle of our year-long work and as a loyal FRWRC member, we ask you to make every effort to attend this celebration and help us honor our amazing 2019 grant recipients - women who are working so hard to realize their dreams.

This year, we will award nine Warren County women with our 2019 grants and the Elaine Bromfield Memorial Scholarship. We guarantee you will be moved by the inspiring stories these women have to tell and you will leave the breakfast with a vibrant understanding of how your membership to the FRWRC is truly “Empowering Women to Change Their World." Your presence at this important event also sends an encouraging message to our grant recipients that so many women in our community support their dreams and have confidence in their futures.
