Dr. Becker's Art Auction for Autism Society of TX!

Dr. Laurence Becker is donating 80% of proceeds from his art auction to the Autism Society of Texas! Dr. Becker has produced two films about Autism and worked with many Autistic artists over the last few decades, and he is generously hosting this art auction to raise funds for Autism Society of Texas!

Autism Society of Texas' mission is to promote and advocate for the general welfare of persons with autism by:

Advocating for the education and training of parents and professionals involved in the educating and caring for persons with autism;

Helping develop a better understanding of the challenges of persons with autism and their families throughout Texas by serving as a clearinghouse for the gathering and disseminating of information regarding autism; and

Sharing information with families to enable them to better understand autism by providing them with pertinent and current information through monthly meetings, workshops, and a newsletter so parents may be better advocates for their children with autism, and adults with autism have resources and support.

AST is a 501(c)3 organization that depends heavily on donations. Please know that contributions are tax-deductible and will be used to support programs, advocacy, free support, information and referrals within Texas.
