Doctors in Concert

The Children’s Discovery Museum Foundation is excited to present Doctor’s in Concert live at the Double Tree in Bloomington on April 29 at 6:00pm. We hope you’ll join us for this festive fundraising event featuring the musical talents of local physicians, who will play classical and contemporary renditions of timeless favorites on piano, cello, and guitar to support the Children’s Discovery Museum!

Our local physicians recognize the incredible resource the Children’s Discovery Museum is to young learners in our community and the importance of establishing a lifelong love of learning. We are thankful for our local physicians who share in supporting our mission of inspiring the love of learning through the power of play through our annual Doctors in Concert!

Anyone can participate and bid in the silent auction. It will close the night of the event. This year our winners can collect their items before leaving the event - but we are not requiring winners to be present, an alternate time will be set up for pick up and/or payment.

The mission of the Children’s Discovery Museum is to inspire the love of learning through the power of play. Our mission is accomplished by providing hands-on exhibits, classes, and programs that actively engage the visitor in experiences that stimulate imagination, curiosity, and wonder.

The Children’s Museum Foundation Board exists to support the mission and vision of the Children’s Discovery Museum, to raise funds to help underwrite the expenses of Museum exhibits and programs, and to advocate on behalf of the museum to the community at large.
