Dougbe River School 2022 Gala

On-line bidding will close on Saturday, September 24th at noon. We will re-open for in-person bidding at the Gala on Sunday, Sept 25th 5:00-8:00. If you are the high bidder when on-line bidding ends on Saturday, you will receive a “high bidder” notification from 32Auctions, and a reminder that bidding will resume at the in-person Gala.

If you are not able to attend the Gala, but are still the high bidder when in-person bidding ends, you will receive an invoice from 32 Auctions for the items you have won. You will also receive an email from Dougberiverschool@gmail.com requesting that you call or email us to arrange for item pick-up.

All proceeds from our auction are used to support The Dougbe River School, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that supports the Dougbe River Presbyterian School of Liberia and the associated school farm. Our school educates children who live in the 13 rural villages of the Twarbo and Glio regions of Liberia. We have been operating since 2013, and employ a faculty of 13 teachers, plus support staff. We provide instruction to over 240 children - pre-K through 9th grade.

The 2022 Gala will take place on Sunday, September 25th at the Banquet Center at St. Noel from 5:00-8:00 PM. If you’d like to attend, you may purchase your ticket using the link on DRPSL.org. The auction will go “live” at the event. Winning bidders who do not attend the event will be notified and can arrange to pick up their item at a later date.
