YCA Family Mission Trip

Yorktown Christian Academy and STCH Ministries have teamed up to provide our 8th grade families with a short-term missions experience that has a life-time impact. This family mission trip is tailored specifically for our YCA families, helping them put into practice a biblical worldview as they minister to children in the Dominican Republic. There is no better reward that we can give our students and their families than to give them the opportunity of working side-by-side serving people in a different culture where their perspectives and relationships are changed forever.

Yorktown Christian Academy was established in 1994 by members of Yorktown Baptist Church. Their goal was to provide Christian families throughout the community with a Christ-centered educational experience. Yorktown Christian Academy is a Christ-centered school established to provide a thorough academic education built upon a biblical worldview, assisting parents in the education of their children, and integrating biblical faith with academic excellence, while challenging students to reach their highest potential for the glory of Jesus Christ.
