About Our Auction
Desert Harbor Doberman Rescue of Arizona is holding our fourth annual calendar photo shoot auction! DHDR doesn't just make regular calendars! No! We want YOU to be involved. Our auction is the chance that your very own doberman will be featured in the calendar. Not only are you bidding for your dobe’s own calendar page, but our wonderful professional photographers are donating their time, cameras and editing skills to provide 3 winners a photo shoot on (your choice of) ***September 8th, 9th, or 10th*** for your furry kids. That’s a modestly estimated value of $500 in photo services!
New this year - our winners will receive a professional studio photoshoot a time of their choosing the weekend of September 8th-10th. The studio is in Mesa, off of Brown and Higley. The winners will make appointments on of those days, expect to spend at least an hour at the studio, this gives you time to relax (expect your dog to spend time in the backyard running off steam, and inside getting used to the cameras and flash).
You’re not local? That’s all right! The session can be gifted to a friend in the Phoenix area. No Dober-children in your house but you still want to support DHDR? Larry the Labrador sure would look great with model shots on your living room wall! Luckily, our cameras aren’t breed specific. We have plenty of Dober-pics for you to choose from to designate your calendar month plus an eloquent thank you message to include in the calendar.
Bidding starts Sunday August 20nd and goes through Sunday, August 28th at midnight.
Winners will be notified at the close of the auction & winning bids are due in full via PayPal by 9 pm Friday August 31st. Best of luck and happy bidding!!
