Marietta City School Board & Marietta/Cobb Driver's Ed invites you to bid on the following surplus vehicles.

The bidding portal will open on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 8:00am and close on Sunday, June 26, 2022 at 10:00pm.

Vehicle options include the standard package for that year and model. In addition, the vehicles have been maintained per manufacturer’s specifications.

These vehicles may be viewed at Marietta Community School located at 368 Wright St SW, Marietta, GA. 30064. Interested parties may view the vehicles at any time. However, an appointment is required to inspect the interior and/or test drive the vehicle prior to the bid submittal deadline.

Appointments will be available Tuesday - Thursday, June 21 - 23, between the hours of 8:00am - 4:00pm and Friday, June 24 between the hours of 8:00am - 12:00pm.

Once the bidding portal closes, inspections and test drives will not be permitted.

Also once bidding closes, the winning bidder will be declared by 32Auctions.com as determined by their bidding system.

By placing a bid, the bidder agrees in good faith to purchase the vehicle if bidder "wins" the vehicle.

Once winning bidders are notified, full payment of bid price must be made by 4:00pm on June 29, 2022. If payment for a specific vehicle is not made by this deadline, the Board reserves the right to offer purchase of said vehicle to the person(s) with the next closest bid amount until said vehicle is sold. Payments for all vehicles must be in the form of a Cashier's Check made payable to Marietta Board of Education. If there are no person(s) available to purchase said car, the Board reserves the right to advertise the sale of said vehicle and/or sell the vehicle at a future time.

ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

The Marietta City School Board can choose to accept or reject any or all bids. All decisions will be in the best interest of the Board.
