DAM Budgerigars 2025 Reduction

Although it didn’t happen as quickly as planned we are finally moving house in December. We are reducing numbers again to make the move as easy as possible as space will be limited until we can set up properly. This auction therefore is  including some birds we would otherwise keep.
We have had a very successful year on the show bench, showing as D&M Vremec including a first (Lacewing) and a second (Violet) placing at the Nationals and culminating in being elevated to Champion status. Hopefully some of these birds can help others improve their studs. Most are birds we have bred but a handful are outcrosses we have brought in.

We have decided to run one larger auction rather than several small ones to hopefully make it easier for buyers organising freight.

Unfortunately waiting for all birds to be in top condition at the same time, particularly with our ridiculous weather, has been problematic so some are still missing feathers including flights and are not looking their absolute best. We move in two weeks and time has run out!
Notes have been added to descriptions of individual birds where necessary to outline their condition to the best of our knowledge.
We are happy to provide any other information potential buyers may need.

We are located in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne and have been breeding exhibition budgerigars since 2014. 
We have always taken great pride in breeding and improving our birds but have only begun seriously exhibiting them in the last two years as members of the Clyde Budgerigar Society. Showing as D&M Vremec we have performed well at both UBC and Young bird Shields and had one of our birds win the Lacewing class at the 2025 Nationals and and another placing second in the Violet class.
We were recently elevated to Champion status.
