About Our Auction
This online auction will be held prior to the Live Fundraising Event and Community Get Together being held at the Withrow Ballroom on March 5th from 4-8:30. This online auction will be able to be previewed until the online auction bids start on March 2nd.
Online bids will be open from March 2nd to March 4th at 8:00p.m. The final online bid sheets will be displayed at the live event where the attendees will continue to bid on the items.
More details and rules will be posted prior to the auctions start. Please enjoy previewing these amazing donations that have been so generously donated by our local business and community members.
About Celebrate Our Schools Community Fundraiser
This event is being hosted by parents and community members of School District 834. The purpose of this event is to show support for our local schools that have been proposed to be closed by the BOLD Proposal and to bring our beloved community together for a day of fun and fundraising!
Funds raised at this event will go to a Legal Fund if needed to save the schools. In the event that funds are not needed for legal, they will be distributed to the local school children through either the PTO's or through The Partnership Plan. We are hopeful for a NO VOTE on March 3rd and that no further legal action is needed following the vote to protect our beloved schools!
Live Event Information
There will be live music, silent auction items, raffles, a bake sale and a live auction with incredible items! Let's celebrate our wonderful schools and communities. All are welcome! We will have yummy food, kids activities! We are hopeful that this will be a celebration of our strong community and schools. This is a get together for all of the great schools in District 834. Please invite parents, kids, grandparents, neighbors, business owners and anyone else who wants to come and celebrate why we are supporting the unique and wonderful choices we have in 834 and why closing three Blue Ribbon Schools is not supported by the community.
