Carthage Library Silent Auction

Friends of the Carthage Free Library reached out to local vendors, crafters, and businesses for donations for our silent auction. Our auction is a fundraiser that supports our library general operations and programs. With the seasons changing and holidays around the corner, these lovely items would be a great addition to your home or make a wonderful gift!

The library was founded in 1910 largely through the efforts of the Carthage Federation of Women's Clubs, particularly Mrs. Ruth Strickland Allen and Mrs. Nettie Hewitt. We are a non profit organization open to the public for many resources and part of 66 different libraries within the North Country Library System. They are able to sign up for a library card and check out books, use computers, access our online resources, use our place a space to work, and come to our free programming!
