About Our Auction

The Penticton Art Gallery, in collaboration with Cannery Brewing, is thrilled to announce our fifth annual mural fundraising auction - a remarkable event set to dazzle art enthusiasts and support local artists and the Penticton Art Gallery's Children and Youth Education Programs.

The Square Mini Mural Auction will once again feature ten breathtaking paintings measuring either 4' x 4' or 4' x 2', created by some of the regions fines artists.

Event Time: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM 
Welcome Reception: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Live Auction: 7:00 - 7:45 pm 
After party featuring ...: 8:00 - Close

Can’t make it to the live event? No problem! Use the absentee bid feature on 32 Auctions to submit your maximum bid in advance of the live auction gala. A member of the gallery team will bid on your behalf, giving you the best chance to win the mural even in your absence.

OUR MISSION
The Penticton Art Gallery’s mission is to engage the public in an ongoing dialogue about issues and ideas that affect our numerous communities, as expressed through contemporary and historic art practices, while providing opportunities for the public to interact with artists and the artistic process.

We envision a gallery accessible to everyone as a vibrant public space in service of our community, to foster greater social engagement, critical thinking, and creativity.

OUR MANDATE
The Penticton Art Gallery exists to exhibit, interpret, preserve, and promote our collective artistic and cultural heritage as expressed through the visual arts. This is supported by the creation of education and outreach programs to engage our community in local, regional, and global issues while also being attentive to cultural and gender diversity and the work of Indigenous artists.
