About Our Auction
CSAE’s Silent Auction at our Annual Conference is a non-dues revenue initiative to raise funds for the programs and initiatives that CSAE provides to its members throughout the year. These programs are largely educational in nature, including those who are required for members who are Certified Association Executives and the earned credits for educational progress.

The Colorado Society of Association Executives (CSAE) is an association for association professionals and those who work in the industry to empower individuals to thrive by connecting them to a dynamic community of peers, content, insights, education, and strategic partnerships driving innovation, leadership growth, and organizational success across Colorado. We also lead initiatives that associations and professionals cannot do on their own - to create a thriving environment for success, no matter what industry each association serves. We were officially formed in 1952 with a few dozen members and now, we have more than 500 members.

CSAE Conference Silent Auction Information Welcome to the CSAE Silent Auction! Online ONLY Auction Items We have 32 online-only auction items available for bidding by anyone. The bidding on these items will close on 6/10 at 7pm. You will be able to view them in person at the CSAE reception on Wednesday night, but all bidding will take place on line. Start your bidding now!
In-Person Silent Auction Items We also have 7 exclusive in-person-only auction items available for bidding during the Visit Fort Collins Hospitality Suite. Those items are visible on the on-line auction but they are marked as “Offline Event Bidding Only”. Please visit the Visit Fort Collins Hospitality Suite to bid on these items.

Auction Close Out, Payment, and Item Pick Up
Payment for auction items is required prior to pick up.
Delivery options for on-line auction items:
Pick up in person at the CSAE Annual Conference, June 10-12, 2026 at the Hotel Colorado
- A certificate or gift certificate can be delivered via certified mail for $10.00. The price will be added to the auction item purchased.
- Pick up in person after the conference at Marriott Westminster, 7000 Church Ranch Blvd., Westminster, CO 80021 between 8am-4pm on June 18, 2026. Ask the front desk for Richelle Kemper
