About Our Auction
Bidding opens on Saturday, September 26 at 8am and closes on the day of the Party Friday Oct 2 at 3:30pm.
We'll be loading the auction items into the site throughout the coming weeks.
The funds raised by the CHP Gold Party sustain our many frontline programs that support 1 in 6 residents in our area of the Appalachian foothills. Check out the valuable trips, art, and experiences in this year's auction and make some bids.
Our many volunteers, members of the board, and staff work tirelessly to continue meeting the emotional, medical, dental and essential food and financial needs of the most vulnerable and at-risk families, elders, and individuals.
About Community Helping Place
The Community Helping Place (CHP) is a 501(c)(3) located in Dahlonega, Georgia. CHP is dedicated to assisting those in need that live in Lumpkin County. Services provided include a food pantry, free medical and dental clinic, emergency financial assistance (for rent, utilities, etc..), and referral support services. These services are made possible by the generous donations of individuals, businesses, churches, and civic groups. In addition, we rely on approximately 300 volunteers who donate their time to help meet the needs of others in their community.
