2025 City Dogs & City Kitties 10th Annual Auction

Join City Dogs & City Kitties Rescue (CDCK) for our 10th annual online auction! This is our largest fundraiser of the year, supporting our mission to rescue adoptable cats and dogs from overcrowded, high-kill shelters. With your help, we provide critical veterinary care, foster homes, and loving forever families to nearly 1,000 animals each year.

Our auction features unique items and experiences from beloved artists, restaurants, theaters, and businesses across the DC metro area and beyond. Every bid helps give a second chance to pets in need and supports our lifesaving work throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Puerto Rico.

City Dogs & City Kitties Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C., that rescues dogs and cats from overcrowded and high-kill shelters and adopts them out in the DC metro area. Since its establishment in 2011, City Dogs & City Kitties Rescue has saved more than 14,000 dogs and cats!  We have gained a strong community of volunteers along the way. 

City Dogs & City Kitties Rescue has been voted Best Non-Profit and Best Place to Volunteer for many years in Washington City Paper’s annual Readers Poll. Our annual online auction has also been voted "Best Charity Event” for several years in a row.  The Catalogue for Philanthropy recognizes City Dogs & City Kitties Rescue as one of the top charities in greater Washington based on its impact, financial viability, and transparency.
