About Catholic Charities of Wayne County
The mission of Catholic Charities of Wayne County is to assist individuals and families in meeting their basic needs, to empower and promote self-sufficiency, and to advocate for social justice, in the fulfillment of the Diocese of Rochester’s commitment to build a just and compassionate society rooted in the dignity of ALL people. Through a wide variety of programming, CCWC provides clinically based mental health counseling and outreach services throughout Wayne County, NY. Programs and services that we provide include General Counseling, Childhood Counseling and Intervention Programs in schools, case management and counseling for PINS Diversion youth, College Bound, Healthy Relationships of the Finger Lakes, Wolcott Community Clothing Center, and La Casa Residence for Migrant Farm workers.
