CASA on the Catwalk 2020

Although our in-person CASA on the Catwalk event was cancelled, we are excited to offer a a virtual experience showcasing the impact of CASA volunteers. In addition to watching our inspirational video highlighting the work of three CASA volunteers in Georgia, we encourage you, your friends, and your family to bid on many fabulous auction prize packages - all conveniently online!

To date, nearly $700,000 has been raised over the past 15 years from Georgia CASA’s signature event. The silent auction is an integral part of the event's success, and we are pleased to continue to offer the silent auction in 2020.

Founded over 30 years ago in 1988, Georgia CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) establishes and supports affiliate CASA programs across the state that screen, train, and supervise community CASA volunteers for children. Because of CASA volunteers, children are given hope. CASA volunteers amplify the voices of children in Georgia who have experienced abuse or neglect and improve each child’s experience in foster care.

Last year, 2,770 CASA volunteers with 46 affiliates (covering 95% of the state) provided compassionate, one-on-one attention, offering over 11,000 children hope for a brighter childhood and future that comes from growing up in a healthy, supportive, permanent family and a successful transition to adulthood with supportive connections, educational achievements, and life skills.
