All proceeds support Connections Area Agency on Aging’s Home-Delivered Meal Programs, providing nutritious meals and a friendly connection to older adults across our 20-county region.

Your participation ensures that seniors in our community receive not only food, but also the care and dignity they deserve.

Connections Area Agency on Aging, your local Area Agency on Aging serves aging Iowans and their caregivers. Our service area encompasses 20 counties in Southwest, South Central and Western Iowa.

Some of our specific services include:
Nutrition: Congregate meals at senior center and Senior Cafes', Meals on Wheels hot, frozen and shelf stable meals.
Transportation support
Evidence Based programs for balance, strength, and caregiver stress reduction
Information & assistance, Options Counseling, and Case Management
Benefits screening and application assistance, Medicare Assistance
Elder Abuse prevention and intervention
Assistance when returning home from hospital and rehab stay

Our mission is, “to enhance the quality of life of elders in our service area through education, planning, and coordination of services. Our dedicated staff members work one-on-one with seniors, caregivers, veterans and persons with disabilities to find the right combination of services, benefits, and options to meet their specific and unique needs.
