We've set some high goals for the total raised from our golf classic and silent auction, but we have a variety of items and price points so that everyone can join in on the fun. Proceeds will be used to help aging Iowans and their family caregivers so they can age on their own terms with the supports and services that they want and need to age successfully and safely in the home of their choice. Your participation will help us help these friends and neighbors.

Connections Area Agency on Aging, your local Area Agency on Aging serves aging Iowans and their caregivers. Our service area encompasses 20 counties in Southwest, South Central and Western Iowa.

Some of our specific services include:
Nutrition: Congregate meals at senior center and Senior Cafes', Meals on Wheels hot, frozen and shelf stable meals.
Transportation support
Evidence Based programs for balance, strength, diabetes self-management, and caregiver stress reduction
Information & assistance, Options Counseling, and Case Management
Benefits screening and application assistance, Medicare Assistance
Adult Abuse prevention and intervention
Assistance when returning home from hospital and rehab stay
and so much more!

Our mission is, “to enhance the quality of life of elders in our service area through education, planning, and coordination of services. Our dedicated staff members work one-on-one with seniors, caregivers, veterans and persons with disabilities to find the right combination of services, benefits, and options to meet their specific and unique needs.
