Help send kids to camp this summer and celebrate 30 Years of Canoe for Kids at the same time!

Enbridge Canoe for Kids is back for its 30th year! Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Mooney’s Bay and help raise money for hundreds of low income children and youth to head back to our terrific  summer camp this year.

We all know that camp programs are amazing but for low income kids, it’s everything. Our camp is cost-free and barrier-free and includes everything from food, transportation, personal supplies and equipment. If a young person needs a bathing suit or a sleeping bag, we provide them! Every dollar you spend in our silent auction supports our kids heading to Christie Lake Camp this summer!

 Since 1922, Christie Lake Kid’s (CLK) mission has been to enrich the lives and address the specific needs of Ottawa's children ages 6-17 from low-income households by providing free, year-round programming. Approximately 600 children and youth directly benefit from experiences in CLK programming each year, both at our camp facility (located on Christie Lake near Perth, Ontario) and from our strategically located city programming in Ottawa. CLK currently offers programming including STEM, hockey, art, cooking, and homework help at no cost throughout the school year.

We believe that no child should be left behind. With the help of our dedicated staff and volunteers, Christie Lake's Kids are surrounded with support, encouragement, and community - building skills, transforming lives!
