About Our Auction

One of the ways Blue Heron Elementary PTA supports our students is by raising money for our awesome school. 100% of the proceeds from this auction will directly benefit Blue Heron students and teachers. We will be using the funds for our yearly teacher grants that help them purchase items they just do not have the budget for through our school system. Additionally, we are trying to raise money for our kids to have a maker’s space to do more STEM projects. We would appreciate anything that you would be willing to donate to help us!

WHERE DOES PTA MONEY GO?
Field trips, grade level consumables, books for the library, agendas for students, after-school programs, technology, parent and student education programs, family fun nights, and many other great programs that directly benefit the students and families of Blue Heron Elementary.

**Please note- all sales are FINAL. Bid winners are responsible for prompt payment via debit/credit card/cash/check. You will be emailed an invoice from 32auctions.com once the auction has closed. You may only pick up your auction items once payment has been received or if you arranged to pay at pickup. Item winner is responsible for following guidelines of any expiration dates or limits of each auction item.**

The money raised helps the PTA fund programs that benefit the staff and students at Blue Heron Elementary.

Paypal is a payment option but please note, you do NOT have to pay online.

It COSTS the PTA 5% for credit card/Paypal processing, so if you prefer to pay at pick up by check or cash, it SAVES the PTA money!! Credit Card option is also available at pick-up time, if you choose to not pay online.
