• Items are available upon purchase for Buy It Now items between 12pm - 8pm daily through the fair and will be wrapped for safe transport. 
• Payment is required immediately; if payment is not received within 30 minutes of Buy It Now the item will be reentered into the system.
• Items can be held at the Blown Glass Sales area until 8pm on the day of purchase. 
• If you are not able to pick up your item on the day of purchase, please contact us at 413.205.5051 to make arrangements for pick up.
• Pick-up is available after the fair through December 13, 2025.

• All proceeds of the auction benefit the Eastern States Exposition Fund, which supports agricultural and educational programs and activities, along with the preservation of the historic Eastern States Exposition campus.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

Eastern States Exposition is organized as a not-for-profit corporation under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to:

• Provide an educational experience for urban and rural persons, especially youth, through programs and exhibitions designed to include local and regional participation, demonstration and competition.
• Provide a show window to present the agricultural and other resources of the Northeast and beyond.
• Provide regional facilities for use in serving the best interests of New England and the Northeast.
• Focus attention on the New England heritage and its pioneering spirit that contributes to continuing progress.
