About Our Auction
The Black Cat Bash is our annual Halloween fundraising event and it’s a party you do not want to miss! For the first time in years, 2026 will be a ticketed IN-PERSON event, but we will still have our beloved Online Auction! (As seen here!)
If you attend in person, you will not only be able to see all these incredible items to bid on in person, but you will be treated to delicious food, two complimentary drink tickets, a cash bar, music, and tons of fun! The event will feature these incredible silent auction items, raffles, and a costume contest.
But don't worry! If you can't make the event in-person, you can still help the cats by bidding on our silent auction items! The auction will run from XYZ and close the night of Saturday October 17th at XYZpm. If you are attending the event in person, you can claim your winnings at the end of the evening!

And none of it would be possible without the support of our community. During this online auction, bid high and bid often to help us raise even more funds to care for and save as many cats as possible!

About Ohio Alleycat Resource and Spay/Neuter Clinic
Ohio Alleycat Resource & Spay/Neuter Clinic (OAR) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to creating a progressive, compassionate community where cats can live their best lives. For over 25 years, we’ve worked to enrich the bond between cats and the people who care for them by providing affordable, high-quality services and support in an inclusive environment.
Originally founded as O’Bryonville Animal Rescue to address the needs of feral and community cats, we’ve grown into a vital resource for Greater Cincinnati. Today, our Madisonville-based facility offers:
Low-cost spay/neuter services for pets and community cats,
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs to humanely manage community cat populations
Inclusive Adoption services, matching cats with loving families
Outreach, education, and support to empower cat caregivers
At OAR, we believe every cat deserves safety, health, and happiness—and every community thrives when people and pets are supported. Together, we’re building a brighter future for cats and their people.
