• Opening bid: $100.00
  
  
  
• Minimum bid increment: $10.00
  
  
  
• The auction closes at 5:00 pm (AEST) on Saturday, 8 August 2026.
  
  
  
• The highest valid bid when the auction closes will be declared the successful bidder.
  
  
  

• The auction is open to members of the general public aged 18 years and over.
  
  
  
• Any person directly involved in administering or managing the auction, are not eligible to bid.
  
  
  

• By placing a bid, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  
  
  
• All bids are binding and cannot be withdrawn once submitted.
  
  
  
• Bids must increase by a minimum of $10.00 over the current highest bid.
  
  
  
• Jordan Springs Netball Club Inc. reserves the right to reject any invalid or fraudulent bids.
  
  
  

• The successful bidder must pay the full winning bid within 48 hours of the auction closing.
  
  
  
• Payment instructions will be provided to the successful bidder.
  
  
  
• If payment is not received within 48 hours, Jordan Springs Netball Club Inc. reserves the right to cancel the winning bid and offer the item to the next highest bidder.
  
  
  

• The successful bidder is responsible for collecting the jersey or arranging postage at their own expense, unless otherwise agreed by Jordan Springs Netball Club Inc.
  
  
  

• The jersey is sold as described and in its current condition.
  
  
  
• As a signed memorabilia item, it cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for cash.
  
  
  

• This auction is conducted by Jordan Springs Netball Club Inc. as a fundraising activity.
  
  
  
• All proceeds from the auction will be used to support the Club's operations, equipment, facilities, player development and community netball programs.
  
  
  

• Jordan Springs Netball Club Inc. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the auction if unforeseen circumstances arise.
  
  
  
• By placing a bid, participants acknowledge they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
