Beatson Cancer Charity Fundraiser

Beatson Cancer Charity provides wellbeing services to cancer patients and their families across the West of Scotland. Coping with cancer is hard, so they are there to make that journey a little easier by giving expert wellbeing support, therapies and care to people at a very vulnerable time in their lives.
Their Specialist Health and Work team is experienced in health and work issues, particularly for those who have been affected by cancer. The service supports those who are remaining at work, returning to work or looking for a new job. We also support employers who need guidance dealing with cancer in the workplace.

Greenloaning Burns Club (GBC) was founded in 1889 and typically holds it Burns supper annually and honours Robert Burns in terms of his poetry and his literature. It works with education departments in promoting Burn's work in primary schools through poetry recitals and contributes to deserving charities accordingly. Since 2000, GBC has raised £27,882.45.
