Baker School 8th Grade New York City Trip

We are excited to continue the Baker PTO tradition of supporting our graduating 8th grade class with a special overnight trip. This year, our students will travel to New York City, where they’ll explore iconic landmarks like the Statue of Liberty and experience the city’s rich history, arts, culture, and energy.

Chaperoned by Baker staff and teachers (no parents!), this trip gives our 8th graders a meaningful opportunity to learn, bond, and celebrate nine years at Baker. To ensure all students can participate, we appreciate your generous support. Any funds not used this year will be carried forward to support future Baker 8th grade trips.

The Baker Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) is a parent-run group that organizes and funds dozens of initiatives and enrichment programs for our children at Baker School.

Our mission is to promote the education and enrichment of the students in the school and community by: 

• Promoting communication between the home and school
• Fostering support for any school-related activities and events that bring our community together
• Fundraising to support and enrich learning
• Identifying and responding to any issues that may affect the well-being of the children and families of the school and community
