About VIA Centers

“VIA provides the support to help our children thrive as happy and productive people who contribute to their families and communities while building their self-esteem and independence.”- Jeff C., VIA Parent

Exciting changes are underway at St. Vincent’s Home including BRAAC and Katie’s Place! On January 1st, 2023, St. Vincent’s Home officially merged with the Virginia Institute of Autism (VIA), headquartered in
Charlottesville, VA, to form one of the largest nonprofit providers of pediatric and adult services for individuals with autism and related disabilities in Virginia. Together, we’ll build on our strengths and aligned missions to better serve families.

VIA is dedicated to helping people overcome the challenges of autism and related disabilities through innovative, evidence-based programs in education with our day schools, outpatient behavioral services, and adult services. Our programs and services are built around the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. The merged organization serves families in more than 28 localities spanning most of the central and western parts of the Commonwealth of Virginia from its four primary locations in Roanoke, Lynchburg, Lexington, and Charlottesville.

By participating in the Online Auction, YOU are an integral part of VIA’s mission to help individuals and families overcome the challenges of autism by providing high-quality, evidence-based programs. We welcome you to help fund these vital services by recruiting friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers to join you and give to VIA!
