BCT's Marquee Your Message!

The Buskirk-Chumley Theater's marquee offers the unique opportunity to share YOUR message broadly with the community while respecting COVID-19 social distancing measures. Join our online auction starting April 9th to put your chosen message on the marquee! A portion of the proceeds from the auction will go to United Way’s COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund for Monroe, Owen and Greene Counties, and the remainder will go toward preserving the Buskirk-Chumley itself as a community space and venue.

You (or you and a group of friends) are welcome to light up the darkness with messages of encouragement, congratulations, life updates, or whatever you think might spread hope on the marquee until the beginning of May.

Messages can be personal—a happy birthday or congratulations to a special someone—can support your favorite local charity or business, or can offer words of hope for everyone.

The Buskirk-Chumley Theater has been a downtown fixture since 1922. We are a performing arts venue, rental venue, & arts incubator. The BCT is where people come together, creativity flourishes, and more!

In the coming months (and maybe years), the BCT will be where we process and connect over our shared experiences. Let's continue to inspire each other!
