About Our Auction
Welcome to the British Columbia Aviation Council BCAC26 YLW Conference Online Auction.
Half of all auction proceeds are used to support the $250,000+ value offered in 2026 Scholarship Award Program. This is Canada’s largest Aviation and Aerospace scholarship program.
The remaining proceeds are used to support and expand BCAC programs and services to the Aviation and Aerospace Community - especially our extremely active Youth Engagement offerings and tackling Human Resources challenges.
If you happen to find a great deal, please remember that this is about supporting Scholarship and Youth. We invite you to consider investing some of your savings in a tax deductible donation on checkout.
Thank you for your support and good luck!

Rules of Engagement:
- DONATED ITEMS are being added regularly until one week after the end of the conference so check back our auction regularly for newly added items. Donated items that are not digital vouchers or gift certificates will be shipped by the donor to the winning bidder’s location within British Columbia at the donor’s expense.
- PERSONAL CASH DONATIONS will receive a charitable tax receipt from the BCAC. Charitable tax receipts for winning bids are not permitted.
- A PROXY BID allows you to enter the maximum amount you're willing to spend with the goal of winning the item at the lowest possible price. The system will bid for you, up to your maximum proxy bid amount, as additional bids are entered on the item.
- AN EXACT BID is the amount you want the item's current selling price to immediately jump to. Your bid amount will not change as additional bids are entered on the item.
- If an item receives a bid during the FINAL THREE MINUTES of the auction, the item end time will be extended to allow for three additional minutes of bidding. This process repeats until no new bids are received during the final three minutes of the item bidding window or the auction has been extended for a maximum of 30 minutes beyond the original end time. This is called extended bidding and is designed to discourage last minute bid sniping.

Our next conference, BCAC27 YXC Canadian Rockies Airport, will be in Cranbrook in the heart of the spectacular East Kootenay region from May 24-26, 2027.
