Phi Beta Psi is a national organization which was founded in Columbus, OH in 1904.  We are a small organization, 75 chapters across the country with 1200 active members currently raising money for cancer research.  Upsilon Gamma is the first Virginia chapter of Phi Beta Psi and was started in April 2018 in Vienna.

Six research grants are given each year to doctors throughout the country working in the field of cancer research. Most of the money donated is earned through chapter projects and some is provided via direct contributions. Last year we provided $465,000 in research grants for several cancer type research programs across the country. Small, but mighty, over the years Phi Beta Psi has donated over $11 million to cancer research!

Phi Beta Psi is 501(c)(3) tax exempted approved by the I.R.S. as a charitable organization.
