About Our Auction
Participate in Appleby College's online Silent Auction in support of the Financial Assistance Programme!
Online Auction Rules:
• Most purchases are HST exempt.
• Only an auction official may nullify a bid
• The online silent auction is now open for bidding and will close at 11:45 PM EDT on Tuesday, September 28.
• Payment in full by the successful bidder is to be made to Appleby College - post event, bidder will be contacted via email. Payment may be made by cheque or by credit card.
• All sales are FINAL, there will be no refunds.
• It is the responsibility of the successful buyers to arrange for the redemption of their purchases.
• Appleby College has endeavored to catalogue and describe the items and services correctly; however, everything is sold "as is, where is". Appleby College makes no express or implied representations or warranties whatsoever, including any estimate of value with respect to any items sold. By his/her purchase, the buyer waives any claim, whether in contract or tort, against either Appleby College or the donor of the item purchased, that may result from utilization of such item. Purchasers are bound by the restrictions specified by the donor.
