Albany Fair Silent Auction
The Albany Fair is the largest fundraising event for All Saints Primary School and Parish. Every year 100% of the profits are allocated to improve the parish and school that contains nearly 700 students. This year the school proceeds will be invested in speaker systems for all classrooms to help support student learning and continue financial support of the new music centre.
How to bid
Bidding is easy. Between 9am on 20th May and 6pm 25th May, the auction will be available online for pre-auction bidding and to "buy it now". On fair day the silent auction will be set up in the undercover area. A bidding sheet for each prize will be at the stall. You simply find the items you want to bid on and write down the amount you are prepared to pay (as long as it is more that the person who bid before you or the reserve price). It is also important to write down your name and phone number. You can bid on an item as many times as you want. There is a minimum bid increase of $5. Bidding ceases at 3pm on Fair day. The highest bid at 3pm will be the winning bid. Winners will be contacted and asked to pay for their item.
About Albany Fair
As a community event and fundraiser we are investing in our local youth by providing enhancements to educational facilities and general infrastructure improvements.
Albany Fair is a celebration of family and has grown to be a major attraction in the Albany Creek, Eatons Hill, Aspley, Warner, Bridgeman Downs and surrounding areas with over 10,000 visitors on the day. Last year the 2018 Albany Fair became one of the most successful events on record with many new ideas from a new management team.

Live Event Information
Online bidding opens at 9am on Sunday 20th May and closes at 6pm on Friday 25th May in preparation for Fair Day where the auction goes live! Make your highest bid or "Buy it Now" prior to online bidding closing, otherwise make your way to the Albany Fair on Sunday 27th May to continue bidding at the live auction. The Albany Fair is located at 4 Faheys Road East, Albany Creek QLD 4035. Bidding opens at 10am and closes at 3pm on the day. Items not meeting the reserve may transition back to online bidding after the live event closes.
