Silent Auction at the 51st Annual Street Fair

Every year, the Abell Community comes together with our friends and neighbors in Waverly, Charles Village, and across Baltimore to host our annual street fair. Now in its 51st year, with the Abell community’s “Painted Lady” rowhouses as a backdrop, our street fair celebrates what makes this community, and Baltimore more generally, such a special place to call home.

Our silent auction is one of the most critical ways that the Abell Improvement Association raises funds for projects throughout the neighborhood.

The Abell Improvement Association (AIA) is the official neighborhood association for the Abell Community.

Founded in 1973 and now in its 51st year, the AIA is committed to fostering a strong sense of community and neighborliness for residents, and all who visit. We're a volunteer organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all individuals within our neighborhood, and in City of Baltimore.
