2026 COE Annual Conference Auction

The Council for Opportunity in Education is thrilled to launch our Annual Conference Online Auction, featuring an exciting mix of food experiences, travel packages, specialty items, and more. This is your chance to discover unique offerings and make a meaningful impact.

The auction opens September 7, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. PT and closes September 18, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. PT — giving you eleven days to compete, bid boldly, and secure your favorite items.

Every bid directly supports COE’s mission. Your participation helps fuel our national advocacy efforts and keeps transformational student opportunities — including the National Student Leadership Congress — accessible and affordable for TRIO students across the country.

This is more than an auction. It’s a chance to invest in expanding opportunity and empower the next generation of leaders.

The Council for Opportunity in Education (COE) is a nonprofit organization, established in 1981, dedicated to furthering the expansion of college opportunities for low-income, first-generation students, and students with disabilities in all 50 states, Washington, D.C., the Pacific Islands, and Puerto Rico. Its membership includes more than 1,000 colleges and agencies. Through its numerous membership services, the Council works in conjunction with colleges, universities, and agencies to help low-income students enter college and graduate. Over a million low-income students and students with disabilities each year receive college access and retention services through our member colleges and agencies.

Federal TRIO Programs (Talent Search, Upward Bound, Upward Bound Math/Science, Veterans' Upward Bound, Student Support Services, Educational Opportunity Centers, and the Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program) help students to overcome class, social, academic, and cultural barriers to higher education.
