2026 - 27 VIP Car Rider Pass Auction

Never wait in the Pomona Elementary Car Rider line, again this year, with this front-of-the-line parking pass. Valid August 24, 2026 through May 27, 2027. 

Passes are for afternoon pick up only (not valid for morning drop off)

Funds raised will directly benefit our teachers and students through Pirate PTO Teacher Grants. Payments due at the close of auction via Venmo @Pomona-PTO. 

Rules listed below. A violation of any rule below can result in bid removal, banned participation and/or a VIP pass revoked. Once you register, you will receive an email with the below rules.  You will need to reply that you acknowledge the rules before your registration will be approved.

1. Participants cannot bid on multiple passes. This means only one person per family may bid on one pass. For example, if you originally place a bid on Pass #1, you cannot place a bid on Pass #2, 3, 4 or 5.  All bids must be on Pass #1.  Violation of this rule will result in all but your original bid being removed.
2. Only one parent/guardian per family may bid in the auction.
3. 2026-27 VIP Car Rider passes are valid from August 24, 2026 - May 27, 2027. 
4. VIP Car Rider tags can only be used for pick-up of ONE family.  There is no sharing of passes between households. 
5. At the close of the auction, all bids will be verified and a notification will be sent via email to the winners.
6. Payment is due within 24 hours via Venmo (@Pomona-PTO). If payment is not received by August 21st at 5 PM, the pass will be awarded to the next highest bidder.
7. VIP vehicles must be at the school for dismissal by 3:20 PM.
8. VIP vehicles will have a section at the front of the school for dismissal.
