The 24th Annual Kate Ireland Memorial Dinner & Auction will be held Thursday evening, October 14, 2021. This year the Kate Ireland Dinner & Auction will be held at Tall Timbers headquarters in Tallahassee, Florida. Festivities include a cocktail reception, silent and live auction and dinner. Each year the auction features a compelling collection of world class artwork, unparalleled hunting and fishing opportunities and unique offerings from the Red Hills region and beyond. As a result, our auction attracts a national audience. Online bidding begins Friday, October 1, 2021.

Tall Timbers is proud to present this year’s honoree, Tom Rankin, a legend in the Red Hills. Tom has been a longtime supporter of Tall Timbers. He has served on the Board of Trustees since 2005, and guided the organization as Chairman of the Board for the past six years.

HOW TO BID ONLINE:

3. Enter your desired bid amount
4. You will receive email notifications regarding your bidding statuses
5. Online bids will carry over to the in-person event
6. The winning bidder will be announced at the auction. If you are unable to attend the event, you will be notified by the Development Office and receive an invoice to collect your payment

Credit Card and Maximum bid required. Should you become the winning bidder, your card will be charged the night of the event and a receipt will be sent via email.

Tall Timbers has already made plans to move the auction outdoors under a large tent. We will also be implementing the following additional mitigation to help avoid the transmission of COVID-19.
- Ample air circulation throughout the tent
- Complimentary face coverings available to all guests by request
- Individual complimentary hand sanitizers will be provided to each guest
- Hand sanitizing stations will be set up throughout the silent auction
- Masks will be required for all service staff
- Comfortable spacing for all seating arrangements
