 The 2026 Community Impact Campaign is underway, and Governance & Oversight is in it to win it! At Constellation, giving back is one way we strengthen the communities where we live and work. Our Silent Auction is a fun way to get involved while supporting the causes that mean the most to you.  Bid on your favorite items, and winning bidders will make their payment directly to the charity of their choice in Powering Communities. Last year, G&O took the top spot for engagement, and this year, we’re back to defend our title so every G&O participant counts! Let’s give back, get involved, and keep G&O’s winning streak going!  

 Governance & Oversight is a diverse team supporting Constellation Nuclear with a shared focus on nuclear safety, strong performance, accountability and continuous improvement across the fleet. We bring that same commitment to the communities where we live and work. And when G&O gets behind something, we show up! Last year, our team achieved 43% participation, earning the top spot!  This year we’re ready to make an even bigger impact. So let’s have some fun and defend our title!
