Canadian Bridge Federation Presents The 2026 Maple Leaf Celebrity Classic

Play with the Stars. Build Community. Support the Future.

Welcome to the inaugural Maple Leaf Celebrity Classic. We are bringing together top bridge professionals and celebrities from around the globe—including stars from the US, Denmark, Sweden, Australia, and right here in Canada—for a unique event to benefit the Canadian Bridge Federation and to build community across countries.

The Auction is NOW OPEN! Note that all prices are in US dollars. Bidding closes on February 16th 6pm ET

This auction offers some incredible ways to experience the game at the highest level:

1. Play with your Celebrity in the online Celebrity game
Date: Monday, February 23rd, 2026 Time: 1:00 PM Eastern
Location: Online via RealBridge

The Experience: You aren't just watching; you are playing! You and your Celebrity will rotate to play against a different celebrity every hand.
The Tech: Played on Realbridge with full audio and video, giving you the chance to socialize, chat, and see the pros face-to-face.
The After-Party: All winners get access to the exclusive online after-party to mingle with the stars.

2. Private Online Lessons & Games Bid on exclusive teaching sessions or private games with world-class players. Perfect for refining your skills with the best in the business.

How the Auction & Bidding Works (all amounts are quoted in US dollars but pay in your own currency):

Step 1: Browse the Items.
Scroll down to view the roster of International Pros and Celebrities who have generously donated their time. You can bid on a seat in the Maple Leaf Celebrity Classic Game or a specific Lesson Package.

Step 2: Place Your Bid.
Click on your favorite pro to place a bid. You will be notified via email if you are outbid so you can jump back in!

Step 3: Win & Play.
If you win a seat in the Celebrity Game, you will receive a specific link to join us on RealBridge on February 23rd.

Your generosity directly supports the Canadian Bridge Federation.

Our focus this year is on:

Mentoring: Supporting developing players.
Clubs: Providing vital support to local bridge clubs.
Competition: Funding International Trials.

About Canadian Bridge Federation

The Canadian Bridge Federation looks after the interests of Bridge in Canada. We not only run trials to choose our International Teams for World Championships, but we support Canadian Bridge Clubs and developing players.

We run Bridge Leagues and are focussing on developing our newer players by offering a learning opportunity for them of a drop-in IMP League followed by live Expert analysis after their game. Open to all Canadians, not just CBF members.

We are administered by a volunteer board from across Canada, and we have 3 paid support staff.
