About Our Auction

The Penticton Art Gallery, in collaboration with Cannery Brewing, is thrilled to announce our fourth annual mini-mural fundraising auction - a remarkable event set to dazzle art enthusiasts and support local artists and community Outreach initiatives.

The Square Mini Mural Auction once again features ten breathtaking paintings measuring either 4' x 4' or 4' x 2', created by some of the region's finest artists.

How to Participate:

Bidding starts at $500.00.

Online bids are accepted until midnight October 23rd, 2024.

The live auction takes place on October 24th, 2024, at 6:00 PM at Cannery Brewing.

Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Welcome Reception: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM)

Tickets: $25 (Includes welcome beverage, appetizers, live music, and artist meet-and-greet)

Can't make it to the live event? No worries! Take advantage of the absentee bid feature here on 32 auctions by leaving your maximum bid. The Gallery will bid on your behalf, and if there are no additional bids at the live event, the highest current active bid will secure the mural.

Notification and Support: Successful bidders will be notified by email within 48 hours of the auction's closing. Your support not only invests in the careers of our talented artists but also strengthens community partnerships, like the one with Cannery Brewing, and benefits our entire community.

The Penticton Art Gallery’s mission is to engage the public in an ongoing dialogue about issues and ideas that affect our numerous communities, as expressed through contemporary and historic art practices, while providing opportunities for the public to interact with artists and the artistic process.
