Spring Fair Silent Auction 2024

Welcome to 2024 Spring Fair Silent Auction!

Thank you to all the generous donors for their contributions and support to our causes.

The Spring Fair focuses on bringing the local and school communities together, collaborated by a team of devoted parent volunteers. An integral element of the event is the online silent auction.

Raised funds go to our nominated charity and the TIS Grants program:
- Mirai no Mori
- TiS Grants

AUCTION ACCESS & DETAILS:


To access the silent auction, please follow the instructions below:


1) Register an account with 32auctions so you can bid; all you need is an e-mail address.

2) Enter your bid!
 Please note the difference between "proxy bid" and "exact bid" below:

- Proxy bids: Set a maximum price you want to pay and the auction site will take care of advancing the bidding up to your limit when others outbid you. No need to keep checking back in to bid again.

- Exact bids: Input a specific amount and will not be renewed if outbid.


3) When the auction ends, winners will be notified by the auction site.
4) Details of the payment and prize pick-up will be sent to the winners individually via email.

5) Payment will be settled by bank transfer or cash payment directly to the school office by Friday, April 19, 2024.
6) Prizes will be handed out at school or delivered via email on Friday, April 19 & Friday, April 26, 2024.
7) All proceeds will go to the nominated charity, "Mirai no Mori" and TiS Grants.

8) The auction will close at 21:00 on Wednesday, April 17, 2024.

NOTE: Due to system limitations, the currency being displayed is US dollars; however payment will be due in Japanese Yen. For simplicity of conversion, a 100:1 exchange rate will be used. For example, if you bid:

$20, then ¥2,000 yen will be due
$50, then ¥5,000 yen will be due
$100, then ¥10,000 yen will be due
$500, then ¥50,000 yen will be due

AUCTION RULES:


1) Check all items carefully before you bid. All sales are final.

2) Unless otherwise specified, all auction items and services must be used within the time limit given in the item’s description.

3) Items will not be given out to the winner till payment is settled.
