2022 ACSD Art Auction

Our auction features an art project completed by each class, Preschool through 12th grade from both West-Mont Christian Academy and Berks Christian School, as well as original art pieces from alumni and friends of ACSD. Many of these pieces would make wonderful Christmas gifts or Christmas decorations!

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SCROLL DOWN IN THE AUCTION LISTING FOR THE DESCRIPTION - there is a gap between the picture and description but there is a description with details such as measurements for every item.

The auction begins on December 11th at 12:45 pm and concludes on December 18th at 8 pm, with extended bidding.*

This event is a fundraiser for Alliance Christian School District, so we encourage you to bid generously if you are able! All proceeds go toward the ACSD annual fund. You can also give a donation toward this fundraiser by using the "Donate" button at the top right of the home screen of our auction site.

PICKUP/SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
* Pick-up will be on Monday, December 19th and Tuesday, December 20th between 8am and 3:30pm at either West-Mont Christian or Berks Christian.
* Please choose your pick-up location in the SHIPPING OPTIONS when you check out (either "BCS Pick-up" or "WCA Pick-up" - both are free!).
* Unfortunately we are not able to ship items; if you need to make alternate arrangements or have any questions, please email Rosemary at rcampbell@alliancechristian.org. Thank you!

*EXTENDED BIDDING EXPLANATION: Extended bidding automatically extends the end time of an item by 3 minutes when it receives a bid during the final 3 minutes. This allows you as bidders to relax during the end of the auction knowing you'll have time to enter a new bid if you're outbid in the final 3 minutes, making it easier to maintain your lead on one or more items.

If an item receives a bid during the final 3 minutes of the auction, the item end time will be extended to allow for 3 additional minutes of bidding. This process repeats until no new bids are received during the final 3 minutes of the item bidding window or the auction has been extended for a maximum of 30 minutes beyond the original end time.

Berks Christian School and West-Mont Christian Academy have combined resources and created a Christian School district. This new district has been bringing strength and growth to our two campuses.
