Knights of Columbus 7528 Auction 2021

We are excited to announce our 1st Annual Knights of Columbus 7528 Virtual Auction to be held May 6 – May 12, 2021! Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we have been unable to have any of our regular fundraising events (annual crab feed, Lenten fish fry, spaghetti dinners, etc.) and have chosen this online auction as a way to raise the much-needed funds to support our community this year.

The St. Joseph Council of the Knights of Columbus is a fraternal organization in Federal Way that is in its 41st year. The council supports St. Vincent de Paul Parish in Federal Way along with other community organizations.

The four core principles of the Knights of Columbus are Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism. Of these principals, Charity is the primary focus.

Charity – Our Catholic faith teaches us to “Love thy neighbor as thyself”. Members of the Knights of Columbus show love for their neighbors by conducting food drives, contributing to local soup kitchens, volunteering for Special Olympics events, cooking breakfast monthly at Nativity House. There is no better way to experience love and compassion than by helping those in need, a call we answer every day.

The community organizations we attempt to support each year, who may benefit from your support of this auction, include:
• Seminarians for the Archdiocese of Seattle
• Mission Trek Program
• Federal Way Community Caregiving Network
• Birth to Three Development Center
• Nativity House Day Shelter
• Coats for Kids (provides winter coats to over 180 children at three local elementary schools)
• St Vincent de Paul Society – provides food and monetary support to those in need.
• Federal Way National Little League
• Wounded Warriors Project
• Culture of Life – ultrasound machines for pregnancy center
