About Our Auction
2019 Winter Auction.
Welcome to our online auction! This year we decided to do things a little different. We combined our yearly Night for the Dogs event in New Orleans and our annual online auction into one so everyone can participate and have some fun. We have a wide selection of items to bid on, some that were only available at our Night for the Dogs event. We want to thank all of our donors - we could not do this without your support!
Every single dollar raised from this auction goes to the dogs in our care and future care. The cost for each dog we pull starts with vetting including anything from routine veterinary care to emergency situations. NOLA covers 100% of the medical care of the dogs that we rescue, from the time we receive the dog to the time they are adopted, including the cost of treatment for heartworm positive dogs. No dog leaves our rescue until they are healthy, spayed/neutered (age appropriate), fully vetted, micro-chipped and evaluated to find the perfect match for their forever homes. This is done thru our foster volunteers that open their homes to give these dogs a place to land and begin the lives they were meant to have. NOLA pays for all the vetting while in the fosters care.
Thank you so much for supporting NOLA Lab Rescue.
About Nola Labrador Retriever Rescue
NOLA Lab Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit organization that advocates for the underdog while working with over-crowded shelters in Louisiana. We also help shelters in Kentucky, Michigan and Ontario, Canada. We cherish the seniors who have been abandoned when they needed their families the most. We help the special needs dogs and believe they deserve a chance. And we work to save labs and lab mixes who have been abandoned and left to die in a shelter.
For our donors, your involvement makes a difference for each and every dog. They all deserve a loving family and we couldn't help them without you.
For our volunteers, we could NOT help any of them without you. Whether you can foster, transport, attend events - you are making a real difference in our dogs' lives.
