Cambridge Dance Company's Annual Production

This October, Cambridge Dance Company is thrilled to present our 2018 annual show. Over the past year we have been creating, rehearsing, performing and fine-tuning several original works in a range of styles including jazz, contemporary, modern and tap.

Production is well underway: we have secured the theater, developed the marketing, and hired the technical staff. Our rehearsal time is keenly focused on making each and every piece performance ready.

All of the funds raised will go towards defraying the production costs. In case you are curious:

-$15 is equivalent to one costume for one dancer in one dance piece.
-One evening of rehearsal space is $40
-Technical staff typically runs from $200 - $400 per person
-Theater rental costs are about $1800
-Total production costs are around $3500

The 13 women of Cambridge Dance Company bring dance to Boston, with original choreography from jazz to tap to contemporary, offering an intimate and up-close look at the artistry and passion of dance.
