Over the past few months, something pretty special has been happening behind the scenes. Local businesses (and even a few from interstate) have quietly been saying, “Yep — we’re in,” and donating items that are honestly too good to keep under wraps any longer!

And here’s the best part: every bid isn’t just about scoring a bargain or a brag-worthy prize… it’s about backing young people to feel seen, safe, and supported through our mentoring programs.

The auction will run for 3 weeks, wrapping up on 22 August at 9.30pm, and we’re aiming to raise $15,000 — money that will go directly into funding mentoring that changes lives, one connection at a time. 

 Since 2010, we’ve provided free mentoring for young people aged 6–18 across Balga, Girrawheen, Koondoola and Mirrabooka. Working in partnership with seven local government schools, we deliver in-school mentoring for young people who are facing challenges and would benefit from a positive role model. We also run our Community Mentoring program outside school hours in the Balga and Clarkson communities, providing a safe space filled with food and fun.
