The Prince of Providence Auction

Rhode Island’s Tony Award-winning theater, Trinity Rep has created unparalleled professional theater for and with its community since its founding in 1963.

Trinity Rep’s mission is to reinvent the public square with dramatic art that stimulates, educates and engages our diverse community in a continuing dialogue. We do this through nationally recognized stage productions, a professional resident acting company, graduate training programs offered in partnership with Brown University, lifelong learning opportunities, and arts education programs that reach students in grades K-12.

Proceeds from this auction will benefit Trinity Rep's arts education programs.

From our landmark Project Discovery student matinee program, which has brought over 1.4 million students to the theater since its inception in 1966, to Trinity Rep’s Active Imagination Network, which offers specially designed classes for children on the autism spectrum, Trinity Rep's philosophy on theater education is all about access, outreach, and full-bodied, whole-hearted participation. Each year, we reach 20,000 K-12 students from across Southern New England through performances, in-school workshops, after-school and summer programs, and residencies in schools and hospitals.
