Surfboard Art Auction

Surfboard art pieces are coated with an anti-UV coating. Painted pieces are painted on one side only unless otherwise noted. 10% of sales proceeds will benefit Project Surf Camp, which conducts educational and self esteem-building water activities for people with special needs and their caregivers; www.projectsurfcamp.com. 10% of sales proceeds will benefit the projects of Morro Bay in Bloom, which currently include providing seed capital for public-art projects, a rainwater-harvesting demonstration garden, landscaping improvements and maintenance at four adopted public sites, the design and implementation of a traffic-calming pavement mural on the route to the elementary school, etc. 80% of sales proceeds will go to the artists.

Morro Bay in Bloom is a 501c3 non-profit, volunteer organization that is engaged in civic improvements throughout the City of Morro Bay, California in the following six areas of interest: floral displays, landscaped areas, urban forestry, environmental stewardship, heritage preservation and the promotion of public art.
