About Our Auction

The Sharewood Silent Auction is an annual fundraiser occurring from October 13th to October 24th that benefits the Sharewood Project, a Tufts University medical student-run non-profit that provides free healthcare to the underserved of the Greater Boston Area. Featured prizes are donated by Tufts faculty, Tufts medical students, Tufts affiliates and local businesses. Proceeds of this auction will directly benefit the Sharewood Project, paying for operating costs, medical supplies, and equipment that we need to provide free healthcare to the underserved of the Greater Boston Area.

About Sharewood Project

The Sharewood Project offers free, unscheduled health care to the medically underserved populations of the greater Boston area. Services include clinical, case management, laboratory, and other types of health care. All services are open to everyone, including the uninsured, and no appointment is necessary.
Sharewood is run by volunteer medical students and physicians affiliated with Tufts University School of Medicine and Cambridge Health Alliance, with help from other health professional students and translators from Tufts University.
