SHARD'S AND MORTAR FOR CHRIST SILENT AUCTION

A fundraiser for Redeemer's A Place at The Table mission outreach and building project. The items being auctioned are Mosaic Crosses designed and created by young ladies within the Redeemer family. Each artisan personalized her cross with a personal Bible verse as well as her selection of materials and colors and what they all mean to her. Each cross is unique just as the hands who made them are. The silent auction will run June 30 through July 19, 2014.

Redeemer is located in the southeastern part of Catawba County in the quiet community of Catawba in North Carolina. As a Lutheran church body, we are rooted in the one church which stretches back to the apostles teachings. Redeemer is active in missions and evangelism. We tend to see evangelism and outreach as a part of our daily calling. Mission is not the work of a committee or a program or a select group in church; it is what Christians do. We gather as God’s people in worship and and hear the Word and with joy we then go and share the Gospel in our families and daily lives and the places where God calls us. Redeemer is currently engaged in raising funds for A Place at The Table, a mission outreach and building project and appreciate the support of our members and community in this endeavor to make a place at Christ's table for all people.
