Ritchie Park PTA Silent Auction

The Ritchie Park ES PTA is excited to be holding a silent auction this year in conjunction with our annual Pizza Bingo Night on November 3, 2017. The auction will run online beginning on Thursday, October 26 and ending at 7:30 p.m. EDT on Friday, November 3rd. The auction is open to anyone who would like to participate and support our PTA! 100% of the money (minus credit card fees) raised from the silent auction will go back to the Ritchie Park PTA which will use the money to cover our annual expenses including: teacher reimbursement, classroom/school supplies, cultural arts programs, family fun events, scholarships for children in need to attend field trips, and more! Some of the special events we fund include: Skate Night, Variety Show, Pizza Bingo, Back to School Picnic, Cultural Heritage Night, Parents Night Out, Music & Dance Night, and Community Service Night. Your generous donation to our PTA makes all of the wonderful activities and programs possible. Thank you for your generous donation on behalf of our PTA!

The Ritchie Park Elementary School Parent Teacher Association (RPES PTA) is vital to the success of our school. We provide many enriching events and activities for students, staff, and the school community both during and after-school. Programs such as Cultural Arts, Music and Dance Night, and International Night are all PTA-sponsored events. Our fundraising efforts are essential for funding these programs and also help the school through purchases of classroom equipment, supplies for the school, reimbursements to teachers for expenses, and much more. Another facet of the PTA is to advocate for our students and enable parents to voice their concerns to the Montgomery County Public School District (MCPS) and Montgomery County. We work with the Montgomery County Council of PTAs (MCCPTA) to advocate for the needs of children at Ritchie Park and throughout our cluster and school system. So please join us to make Ritchie Park a great experience for our children!
